* Balanced shift patterns designed to support your wellbeing and life outside work.
* Lead and inspire a skilled, diverse team in a dynamic and fast-paced manufacturing environment.
* Opportunities for career growth through involvement in high-impact projects and development programs.
* Job stability in a growing business with a strong order pipeline and a long-term future.
* A workplace that values difference—we are committed to creating an environment where everyone feels seen, supported, and respected.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Lead and support production teams to safely meet output and quality targets.
* Create a positive, inclusive working environment that fosters collaboration and trust.
* Manage and support staff performance, training needs, wellbeing, and attendance.
* Champion a proactive approach to health, safety, and environmental standards, ensuring a culture where everyone feels safe and valued.
* Monitor team performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and drive change through collaboration.
* Work closely with other departments to make sure materials and resources are available when needed.
* Keep accurate and up-to-date records, including training, compliance, and production documentation.
* Support with people management activities such as recruitment, HR investigations, and coaching.

We welcome applications from people of all backgrounds and experiences. If you’re passionate about leading teams and continuous improvement, with supervisory experience in a complex manufacturing environment then we’d love to hear from you!
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment or a similar production-based role.
* NVQ Level 4 or equivalent qualification (or relevant experience).
* Familiarity with Lean manufacturing principles is a bonus, but not essential.
* Effective leadership, coaching, and team-building abilities.
