Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Roadside Technician to join our team, working on-site in the East Anglia. As a Roadside Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicle breakdowns, conducting basic maintenance tasks, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be required to provide on-the-spot solutions, maintain accurate service records, and follow safety protocols while working in various roadside conditions to support drivers in need.
Qualifications
* Technical automotive skills, including diagnostics, repairs, and basic maintenance
* Strong customer service and communication skills to provide clear updates and reassurance
* Adaptable problem-solving and time management abilities for urgent roadside situations
* Knowledge of vehicle electrical systems and familiarity with diagnostic tools and software
* Ability to work safely in outdoor environments and follow health and safety guidelines
* Valid driver's license
* Experience in roadside repairs
