Our client, a leading provider of branding and visual communication solutions, is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Customer Service and Sales team. This role involves supporting the coordination of branding projects, ensuring smooth processes and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
Communicate with customers and internal teams to manage daily project tasks.
Assist in coordinating projects to meet deadlines and budgets.
Support installation planning and material requirements.
Handle customer queries and escalate issues when needed.
Provide general administrative support to the project team.
Skills & Experience
Previous experience in a project based or coordination role.
Good organisational and time management skills.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Confident using MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Ability to work well in a team and independently.
