The Role: As a Private Client Paralegal, you’ll work closely with experienced Solicitors and Legal Executives, supporting a varied caseload and engaging directly with clients. This position offers hands-on experience and early responsibility in a dynamic and professional environment. Key Responsibilities:
Support and assist with a broad range of Private Client matters, including: Wills and Probate, Estate Administration, Powers of Attorney and Elderly Client mattersPrepare legal documents, conduct legal research and assist with case preparationMaintain accurate case records and filesLiaise with clients, third parties and internal teams professionally and efficiently
What We’re Looking For:
Previous experience in a Private Client or Conveyancing departmentStrong interest in Private Client work and long-term commitment to the areaExcellent communication and organisational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload independentlyHigh attention to detail and strong client care ethosLegal qualification (eg Law degree, LPC, or equivalent) preferred
