Office Account Handler
£25,500 per year | Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
We’re looking for a confident and motivated Account Handler to join a growing office team in Worcester. This is a temp-to-perm role, ideal for someone with strong customer service and admin skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced, supportive environment.
You’ll be the key point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication, managing orders, and building strong relationships across both retail and trade accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Act as the primary contact for a portfolio of client accounts
* Build lasting relationships and maintain client satisfaction
* Regularly check in with clients to offer updates and support
* Handle new orders, quotes, amendments, and general account queries
* Ensure accurate record-keeping and timely communication
* Support the onboarding of new clients
* Respond promptly to queries or complaints with professionalism
* Liaise with internal departments to ensure swift resolution
* Track client activity and suggest improvements when needed
About You:
* Previous experience in office admin or customer service (required)
* Confident communicator with strong relationship-building skills
* Highly organised and detail-oriented
* Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer systems
* Able to multitask and thrive in a deadline-driven environment

* Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:30pm
