We are seeking a caring, enthusiastic, and dedicated Primary Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive school in Guildford.

The Role
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Support teachers in delivering engaging classroom activities
* Work with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
* Help create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment
* Assist with classroom preparation and behaviour management
* Encourage pupil confidence, independence, and participation
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
* Experience working with children in a school or childcare setting
* A positive, patient, and proactive attitude
* Strong communication and teamwork skills
* A passion for supporting children’s learning and development
* GCSEs in English and Maths (or equivalent)
Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant is desirable but not essential.
