Senior Associate - M&A Corporate Finance Birmingham Up to £65,000 pa A leading international mid-market M&A advisory firm is expanding its UK presence and is seeking a Senior Associate to join its growing Midlands office. With a strong European footprint and a track record of over £1bn in annual deal value, the firm provides full-service M&A support - from origination and lead advisory to transaction services and capital investment. The Role As a Senior Associate, you will: Support transactions from start to finish, including origination, valuation, structuring and execution. Build relationships with entrepreneurs, business owners and investors. Carry out financial, business and market analysis. Prepare valuations, presentations and transaction documentation. Take early responsibility within a collaborative deal team, with clear progression towards a future dealmaking role.About You ACA or CFA qualified (or equivalent). At least 18 months experience in M&A, corporate finance or a commercially focused advisory role. Strong analytical skills with commercial awareness. Confident communicator, able to engage with senior stakeholders. Proactive, entrepreneurial and motivated by working in a fast-paced environment.What's on Offer Competitive salary with annual bonus.
