We are looking for a Lean consultant with an eye for detail, project management experience and a proven track record of successful end-to-end project and programme management. Our background is in Lean methodologies with many consultants coming from Toyota or directly from healthcare, construction or manufacturing roles. We aim to help organisations achieve operational excellence.
Key Skills
* Strong background in Lean and continuous improvement
* Organised
* Ability to work individually and in a team environment
* Experience within one of the three main sectors (construction, healthcare, manufacturing)
* Strong people and process skills and ability to manage situations
* Proven track record of successful end-to-end project / programme management
* Passion for building strong relationships with clients
