A fantastic and rare opportunity has arisen for an experienced Patent Formalities Administrator to step up to the next level and take on the exciting role of Formalities Team Leader. This role is based in the friendly Cambridge office of a formidable IP practice. With at least 5 years of experience gained within the Patent sector, you will have significant knowledge of Inprotech, diary management, monitoring deadlines and working with case management systems. This Formalities Team Leader role will see you responsible for allocating workloads to appropriate team members, participating in regular meetings, escalating issues to the Office Manager, as well as proactively reviewing working practices across the team and implementing changes where appropriate.
