We have an exciting new opportunity for an Associate Director to join our North, Scotland and Northern Ireland (NS NI) practice, based from our Stockton office. The role spans delivery from inception to completion, combining agile work from NS NI offices with time at client sites and offices. The position is for an established Associate Director/Associate or Senior Project Manager with proven experience successfully delivering projects.

Your role

* Facilitate communication, coordination, and information flow with the client and within the project team, including subcontractors and partners (internal and external).
* With input from the Discipline Leads, agree commercial trading arrangements and communication plans for working with other teams across the business, including Global Technology Centres (GTC) in Bangalore and New Delhi. Assemble and own the project delivery programme and delivery plans.
* Protect the commercial interest of AtkinsRéalis, including timely and accurate invoicing and effective credit control for optimal cash flow. Compare revenue with predicted costs and identify risk allowances, margin, and provisions at project set‑up and monthly thereafter, including Earned Value reporting.
* Close out the project on completion, archive project documentation, update market information, ensure lessons learned are captured and disseminated internally, and initiate a client satisfaction survey.
* Ensure delivery of projects and tasks in accordance with AtkinsRéalis Values: Safety, Integrity, Collaboration, and Innovation.
