We are looking for an exceptional individual to join our current team of Support Workers.

We are looking to appoint a Rapid response Support worker within our team. This role is contracted hours of 40 per week and salaried. Within this job role you will have the opportunity to work across numerous care packages which gives a wide variety of interventions.
What will the role entail?
* Working across numerous complex packages of care to cover holiday, sickness, staff shortages.
* You will be fully trained in all interventions required for all of our packages of care.
* Willingness to travel across Norfolk and Suffolk (mileage will be paid over a certain distance)
* Willingness to work night day and night shifts and up to 12 hours at a time.
* Assist with the mobilistaion of new packages and assisting with shadowing of new Support workers.
* Willingness to work alternating weekends
* Willingness to work with Adults and Paediatrics
Duties would include but not limited to:
* Tracheostomy management
* Spinal injury management
* Ventilation management
* Medication management
* Enteral feeding management
* Seizure management
