Ratings Surveyor – Associate Director / Director
London (Hybrid)
Up to £85,000 (DOE) + Bonus + Car Allowance + Excellent Benefits
CAP Resourcing is partnering with a leading property consultancy to recruit an experienced Ratings Surveyor into their growing Business Rates team.

The Role
Managing a varied portfolio of business rates cases
Preparing and handling Check, Challenge & Appeal submissions
Undertaking inspections, valuations and negotiations
Representing clients with the VOA and billing authorities
Supporting client growth and mentoring junior team members
What We’re Looking For
MRICS qualified with strong Business Rates experience
Proven track record managing complex cases and client relationships
Strong valuation, negotiation and analytical skills
Commercially minded with a proactive approach
Existing client following advantageous
