SEN Teaching Assistant – Make a Real Impact Location: Leeds Salary: £93–£110 per day Contract: Long-term Looking to support pupils who need you most? We’re working in partnership with several Leeds primary schools, through the Leeds City Council framework, to place SEN Teaching Assistants who bring calm, consistency, and care. The role includes: 1:1 and small group support for pupils with additional needs Supporting routines, behaviour, and emotional regulation Working alongside experienced SEN teams We’re looking for someone who: Has experience with SEND, including autism or SEMH Is patient, adaptable, and resilient Builds trust easily with pupils This isn’t just another TA role.
