Are you a strategic thinker with great knowledge of enterprise applications, infrastructure management, and operational processes? Our client is searching for a Director of Product Management to lead a team of 3-5 people in the seamless execution of product initiatives that align with business goals.

What you’ll be doing
You will play a crucial role in overseeing the development, marketing, and product lifecycle management of our clinical trials supply chain solution. Developing rollout plans that prepare internal resources to sell, service and support the product and work with marketing to drive product positioning, go to market strategy and programs that make products successful in the market.
Your day to day might look a little like this:
* Perform market research and analysis in target industry sectors
* Develop and gain agreement for product strategies and product positioning
* Utilize the product life cycle process to deliver and launch products and services to market, on time and within budget
* Manage products in life to ensure their ongoing success in terms of market share, customer satisfaction and financial performance
* Attend customer meetings to assist with sales opportunities and obtain customer input and feedback
A bit about you
Ideally, you’ll be based in the UK or US.
You’ll have proven experience in product management, preferably in the clinical trials industry. Plus, past responsibility for bringing new B2B software products to market by following a product lifecycle process/ new product introduction process.
A few other key skills our client is looking for:
* Strong understanding of regulatory requirements for relevant industries
* Awareness of Waterfall, Scrum and Sprint methodologies
* Excellent project management and leadership skills
* Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions
* Familiarity with quality management systems and manufacturing processes. Agile and UX/UI methodologies and best practices
* Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (engineering, business, or a related discipline)
