The role: You’ll be joining a small but experienced tax team, taking the lead on a portfolio of personal tax clients including high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and partners. You’ll be hands-on with compliance, while also advising on planning opportunities and mentoring junior colleagues. What you’ll be doing: Managing a personal tax portfolio and acting as the main point of contact. Preparing and reviewing tax returns for a variety of individuals. Providing tax planning advice to help clients optimise their tax positions. Building strong, trust-based relationships with clients. Supporting and guiding junior members of the tax team. Identifying ways to streamline processes and improve team efficiency. About you: You have 4 years of personal tax experience, ideally in an accountancy firm. You’re confident preparing and reviewing returns and providing client advice. You have excellent attention to detail and strong technical knowledge. You’re client-focused and enjoy building long-term relationships. You’re a clear communicator, both written and verbal. You’re a team player who’s always happy to support others.
