Salary: £34,000 to £36,250 depending on experience

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Industrial Painter/Blaster – Bridges to join our team. This craft-based role involves carrying out blasting and painting tasks to sector scheme standards, performing routine cyclic maintenance, and supporting the access installation/removal team for bespoke access systems.
This is a hands-on, trade-based position best suited for time-served or appropriately qualified individuals with experience in industrial painting within the infrastructure or bridge maintenance sectors.
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform blasting and painting tasks in accordance with relevant standards.
* Support the team in the installation and removal of bespoke access systems.
* Carry out cyclic maintenance tasks as part of scheduled routines.
* Participate as a member of the Rescue Team.
* Operate bridge access systems (gantries).
* Assist other trades when required.
* Comply with all relevant Health & Safety legislation and site rules.
Required Skills & Experience:
* Valid ICATS card – Applicator module.
* Valid ICATS card – Blasting/Spraying modules.
* Ability to work at height and in confined spaces.
* Strong team player, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
* Full UK driving licence.
