A leading international law firm is looking to recruit an Aviation Finance Paralegal to support its aviation finance capability, working closely with a team on complex cross-border leasing transactions. This role will suit a paralegal with hands-on experience in aircraft leasing transactions, particularly those who have worked within an aircraft leasing platform, lessor, or similar client-side environment, and are comfortable supporting deals from execution through to completion. The team advises on sophisticated aviation finance and leasing matters involving global lessors, airlines, financiers and investors. The paralegal will play a key role in transaction management, documentation, and coordination, working across time zones with colleagues in London and the Middle East. The firm is particularly keen to speak with candidates who have already been exposed to the commercial realities of aircraft leasing, and who understand how aviation transactions operate in practice. Experience gained within a leasing platform, lessor, or in-house aviation environment is especially attractive, though strong candidates from specialist aviation finance practices will also be considered. You should be comfortable managing transaction documentation, maintaining deal checklists, liaising with multiple stakeholders, and supporting senior lawyers on live matters. A proactive, organised approach and the ability to work with a high degree of autonomy will be important. This is a longer-term paralegal role within a highly regarded aviation finance practice, offering exposure to top-quality international work rather than a short-term training or qualification-driven position. If you have relevant aviation leasing experience and are interested in exploring this further, please get in touch.
