The Role: As a Legal Director, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of high-value, complex non-contentious construction matters, including:
* Advising on construction contracts, joint ventures, and development agreements
* Providing strategic advice to developers, contractors, and other stakeholders
* Drafting and negotiating building contracts, professional team appointments, and collateral warranties
* Supporting clients on procurement strategies, risk management, and project delivery
* Building strong relationships with clients, contributing to business development and managing client expectations

* At least 8 years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law
