Contracts Manager – Facilities Management

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager with a strong background in Facilities Management to oversee and manage contractual agreements across multiple sites. The successful candidate will ensure compliance, drive operational efficiency, and maintain excellent client relationships while managing budgets and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and administer contracts for facilities management services across multiple sites.
* Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, service level agreements (SLAs), and health & safety regulations.
* Monitor contractor performance and conduct regular audits to maintain quality standards.
* Negotiate contract terms, variations, and renewals to achieve best value.
* Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to contracts.
* Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders regarding contractual matters.
* Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
* Support tendering processes and assist in bid evaluations.
* Resolve disputes and manage risk effectively within contractual frameworks.
Skills & Experience Required:
* Proven experience as a Contracts Manager within Facilities Management or a related sector.
* Strong understanding of FM services, compliance standards, and industry regulations.
* Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
* Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control.
* Ability to interpret and manage complex contractual documentation.
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
* Proficient in MS Office and contract management software.

* Black CSCS or NVQ Level 6
* 3 day First aid
* SMSTS
