They are seeking a Business Analyst to play a key role in shaping, analysing and delivering transformation initiatives across business systems, processes and operating models. This role will suit a BA who is comfortable working across multiple stakeholders, translating business needs into clear requirements, and driving improvements that deliver measurable outcomes. Key Responsibilities Lead discovery activities to understand current business processes, pain points and opportunities Conduct AS-IS and TO-BE process mapping to support transformation programmes Facilitate workshops, stakeholder interviews and requirements sessions Produce high-quality documentation including BRDs, user stories, process flows and functional specifications Collaborate with Project Managers, SMEs and technology teams to ensure successful delivery Support business change activities including UAT coordination and implementation support Ensure solutions align with regulatory and operational requirements within Financial Services Experience & Skills Required Proven experience as a Business Analyst within Financial Services or Professional Markets Strong background in business change and process improvement Demonstrable experience facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders Skilled in requirements gathering, documentation and traceability Experience working across business, IT, operations, HR or finance functions Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Desirable Knowledge of regulatory environments within Financial Services Experience supporting large-scale transformation programmes Relevant certifications (BCS, CBAP, Agile BA, etc.) Why Apply High-impact role within a major change programme Hybrid working model Opportunity to influence business decisions and operating models Immediate start with strong career progression potential
