As we scale our operations and advance innovation, we are seeking a Health, Safety, Environmental & Quality (HSEQ) Systems Engineer/Technician to help us maintain and evolve our Business Management System (BMS). The Role As our HSEQ Systems Engineer/Technician, you will support the implementation and continual improvement of our management systems and processes. You’ll ensure compliance with industry regulations, help facilitate audits, and promote a culture of operational excellence across all Nyobolt sites. You will: Maintain and improve Nyobolt’s BMS aligned with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and other relevant standards. Support document control: creation, approval, distribution, and retention of business-critical documentation. Organise and conduct internal audits; assist with external audit readiness and compliance. Coordinate CAPA processes—investigate non-conformities, carry out root cause analysis, and track remedial actions. Manage documentation for non-conforming materials/products and support investigation efforts. Analyse quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Train and support staff on BMS procedures and tools. Collaborate with teams across engineering, operations, and leadership to drive improvement initiatives. Be willing to travel occasionally to other Nyobolt sites as part of your role. About You You’re meticulous, proactive, and collaborative, with a passion for ensuring quality and compliance in a high-performance environment. You’ll bring: A high school diploma or equivalent (a relevant associate degree or technical certification is a plus). Experience in a compliance, quality, or audit-related function. Familiarity with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001. Strong organisational and documentation skills. Confidence with MS Office (especially Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and document management systems. Clear, effective communication skills—both written and verbal. A methodical approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. The ability to work independently and within a team environment. Why Join Us?
