Recruitment Manager - a unique opportunity to work for an independent British brewery. Our brewery seeks an experience Recruitment Manager to work within a small independent firm. Educated to degree level, you will have an interest in pubs, hotels and hospitality. The role of the Recruitment Manager is to place adverts on a variety of platforms for vacancies within the company. The recruiter will be required to carry initial screening and selection before candidates are put forward for interview. This is a full-time office based role working 8.30am to 5.300pm Monday to Friday. The successful candidate will have most or all of the following: MUST HAVE at least 4 years proven experience in recruitment. Personable and an excellent communicator, with fluent English language. Live within a 20 min journey of Tadcaster, North Yorkshire LS24 9SB. Maintain complete confidentiality while working for a private company. Competent with MS Word & Excel. Have an eye for detail, be flexible and adaptable. This is an opportunity for someone who wants to work with a long-established independent family-run brewery outside of the monotone corporate world.
