KEY SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:
* Recent customer service experience in an office
* Competent in Excel, Word and Outlook
* A good eye for detail and good at problem-solving
* Confident on the telephone and by email
* Live within a reasonable commute of Swanley, or able to get to Swanley train station.
