Job Overview/Summary Prep Kitchen is on a mission to make healthy eating exciting, convenient and genuinely delicious. As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a Menu Planning & Insights Manager to join our Physical Product team and shape the future of our menu. You will be the analytical engine that translates customer feedback, operational realities and market insights into a menu proposition that delights customers while supporting efficiency, cost and supply chain resilience. Reporting directly to the Head of Physical Product, you’ll own the end to end process for evaluating menu performance, planning future rotations and ensuring that data - especially customer feedback is driving our decisions. Main Duties And Responsibilities Own menu performance reporting and operational KPIs, turning data into actionable insights. Analyse customer preference trends and sentiment to inform recipe improvement and menu rotation. Partner with the NPD and Culinary teams to evaluate feasibility of new dishes, identifying cost, complexity and process impacts. Conduct competitor and market trend analysis to benchmark our proposition and highlight opportunities. Lead pricing analytics to ensure the menu offers strong value without compromising margin. Plan menu rotations using a cross functional lens, delight customers, utilise stock effectively, minimise complexity. Collaborate with Procurement, Supply Chain, Technical, Production, Finance, Marketing and Product teams to build and maintain a weekly insights rhythm. Present insights to leadership with clear narratives and recommended actions. About You Experience in a food brand, meal subscription service, FMCG company, or an analytical role in a consumer facing business. Strong Excel / Google Sheets capabilities Experience working with customer feedback, menu analytics, or product performance dashboards. Confidence presenting insights to senior stakeholders and influencing decisions. Understanding of operational and supply chain considerations in menu or product rotation. A highly collaborative operator who thrives on cross functional working. A structured and organised thinker who can turn data into clean, credible insights. A true foodie, with curiosity about flavour, nutrition and customer behaviour. Comfortable with both deep analysis and hands on execution. Passionate about improving processes and making decisions based on real customer data.
