We’re looking for an ambitious and confident Sales Consultant to join the team at our Kia branch in Linwood.
Role Overview
You’ll be known as a Product Consultant at Arnold Clark, but your role will be heavily sales focused. This isn’t a conventional sales job – it allows you to be yourself, showcase your customer‑service skills, and enjoy every working day.
The Product Consultant works with customers from the moment they walk through the door to the after‑sales experience, ensuring they find the right car and building strong, lasting relationships.
Key Responsibilities
* Help customers find the right car based on their needs.
* Deliver outstanding 5‑star service – going the extra mile for every customer.
* Build and maintain lasting relationships throughout the sales process.
* Sell the right sales package (finance, servicing, etc.) with integrity and professionalism.
* Co‑ordinate order and delivery of vehicles, ensuring smooth operations.
* Meet monthly sales expectations and customer‑experience standards.
* Collaborate with a dynamic team to meet deadlines and fulfill promises.
* Stay in touch with customers post‑sale, offering a great after‑sales experience.
