Sales Enablement Manager
Job Summary:
Our partner, a leading travel experience platform, is seeking a Sales Enablement Manager to elevate the performance and efficiency of its global contact center within the company’s fastest growing division.
This role is critical in optimizing inbound and outbound sales processes while ensuring exceptional customer service. As part of a fast-growing, innovative team, you’ll help shape strategy at the intersection of service, sales, and technology.
Some Basic Info:
* Work setup: Hybrid with flexible options about days to report to the office in Oxford
* Pay: £52,000 annual salary + an annual bonus

Key Responsibilities:
* Design and implement global agent workflows and contact routing strategies to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.
* Partner with Product, Tech, and vendors to optimize CRM and telephony platforms.
* Evaluate enablement program effectiveness using metrics like conversion rate and develop training programs to improve agent performance.
* Leverage AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT 4.0, Salesforce automation) to streamline low-value interactions and prioritize high-impact customer engagements.
Required Experience:
* 4+ years in Sales Enablement, contact center operations, or customer service strategy.
* Demonstrated experience with telesales or inbound/outbound customer support sales.
* Proven ability to influence call routing, agent workflows, or skill-based mapping.
Nice-to-Have Experience:
* Experience working with external vendors or BPO partners.
* Exposure to AI and automation in customer support environments.
* History of developing onboarding programs or training initiatives for service teams.
Required Skills (Top 3):
* CRM Platform Expertise (e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk)
* Telephony System Proficiency (e.g., Five9, Genesys, NICE)
* Workflow and Process Optimization
Preferred Skills:
* Data analysis using Excel, SQL, or Tableau
* Familiarity with AI tools and automation workflows
* Technical translation of business needs into system improvements
