Delivery Postie with Driving
Location: Delivery Office, BD19 5AW. Job type: Permanent contract. Hours: 30 hours per week, working 5 days across Monday – Sunday, with shifts between 09:00 – 15:00 and 12:00 – 18:00. Due to operational demand, you will be required to work 1 Sunday per month, which can increase at peak season.

Responsibilities
Deliver mail and parcels to local customers as part of a postie team. Provide reliable, friendly customer service and represent Royal Mail in the community. Complete required checks and ensure accurate handling of items throughout the delivery route. Maintain physical fitness to walk and work outside in varying weather conditions.
Qualifications
* Upbeat, independent and self-motivated
* Organised, punctual and able to deliver excellent customer service
* People-person with a friendly presence in the community
* Happy to walk for long periods and work outdoors in any weather
* Strong sense of community and pride in your work
* Full UK manual driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points

Please note: For candidate search purposes, roles offering between 35-40 hours per week are listed as full-time. However, any role under 40 hours per week will be classified as part-time in the employment contract.
