We are committed to making your move to North Wales as seamless and positive as possible Full Training Provided Uniform and PPE Provided Long-term job stability Opportunities for growth and development Up to 57.5 hours of work available each week Key Responsibilities Machine Setup & Operation Prepare CNC machinery for production by selecting, installing, and adjusting tools and work holding. Input or verify correct program settings before initiating production runs. Carry out first-off checks to ensure parts meet specification before full batch runs. Quality Control & Measurement Work from technical drawings to understand dimensions and tolerances. Inspect finished components using micrometres, verniers, CMMs, and other precision instruments. Record and interpret measurement data, making offset corrections or tool changes as required. Production Monitoring Supervise ongoing machine operation, responding to alarms or inconsistencies. Feed and unload materials from conveyors and other automated systems. Collaborate with quality teams to maintain adherence to production standards. Machine Care & Maintenance Perform daily and weekly checks including lubrication, coolant levels, and filter replacements. Flag any machine faults or unusual behaviour to maintenance personnel. Documentation & Communication Complete production logs and handover notes accurately. Liaise with colleagues across shifts to maintain workflow continuity. Support safety protocols and lean manufacturing initiatives.
