Branch Manager - Industrial Recruitment
Location: Rugby
Sector: Industrial, Commercial, Logistics and Technical Recruitment
Basic salary up to £40K+ commission + car allowance
The Role
As Branch Manager, you'll be responsible for the overall performance of the branch, combining strategic leadership with hands‑on recruitment expertise. You will:
* Lead and manage a team of recruitment consultants and support staff
* Drive business development activity to win new industrial clients
* Maintain and grow relationships with key accounts
* Ensure delivery targets and KPIs are consistently met or exceeded
* Oversee high‑volume temporary and permanent placements
* Monitor branch P&L, budgets, and profitability
* Implement best practices and ensure compliance with industry regulations
* Coach, mentor, and develop your team to maximise performance
About You
We're looking for someone who brings both leadership and billing experience:
* Proven experience within industrial recruitment (essential)
* Previous leadership or management experience within a recruitment environment
* Strong track record in business development and client growth
* Commercially minded with the ability to manage budgets and drive profitability
* Passionate about team development and creating a high-performance culture
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
* Resilient, target‑driven, and highly organised
