Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 (Depending on experience)
We are seeking a motivated Administration Assistant to support the Branch Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a professional, friendly business that values its people and provides clear opportunities for growth.
Main Duties
* Provide administration support to the team
* Schedule appointments
* Produce reports
* Handle calls, emails, bookings, and general office tasks
* Work independently and as part of a team
Experience & Skills
Essential
* Previous administration experience
* Strong IT skills, with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs
* Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
* Outstanding attention to detail
* Self‑motivated and able to use own initiative
Desired
* Experience in the construction industry
* Familiarity with The Electronic Management System (TEAMS) software
* NVQ in Business Administration
