Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to our customers.
* Assist with manual handling tasks as required.
* Utilise a CRM system to manage customer interactions and data.
* Use accounting software (sage 50) for basic financial tasks.
* Maintain a high standard of quality in both customer service and internal processes.
* Engage in continuous learning and development to improve skills and knowledge.
* Develop an understanding of our products
Essential:
· Excellent communication skills, with a good telephone manner.
· Self-starter with ability to learn quickly and contribute to various business areas with a can-do attitude.
· Confident in IT
· Strong standard of English and Maths.
· Happy to work both independently and as part of a small team.
· Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
· Creative, driven, and eager to contribute to the success of the business.
Preferred:
* Experience in a similar role
* Experience with CRM and accounting software
* Experience with manual lifting and palletising
Qualifications:
* GCSEs or equivalent
* Minimum 5 (previously B) in English and Maths
