You’ll:
Lead, coach and develop a team of advisers to deliver consistently high-quality, client-first financial planning.
Be a visible external ambassador — building relationships with solicitors, accountants, introducers and professional networks.
Drive new business through external engagement, events and a structured PI strategy.
Bring structure, discipline and efficiency to workflows, tech stack adoption and operational processes.
Use data and KPIs to improve performance, spot trends and drive commercial decision-making.
You’ll Bring:
Well qualified individual with strong technical expertise in holistic financial planning.
Proven leadership experience with the ability to raise adviser standards and inspire high performance.
Strong external presence - confident building introducer relationships and representing the firm publicly.
A commercial mindset that balances client outcomes, adviser development and business growth.
Operational discipline - organised, proactive and able to embed structure and accountability across the team.
Data fluency, using KPIs and insights to drive improved performance and consistency.
