We're looking for a Caretaker to join our Maintenance team based at Welling School in Greater London.
Location: Welling School, Welling, Greater London.
Contract: Full Time, Permanent (shifts 06:00 - 14:30 & 10:00 - 18:30).
What will you be responsible for?
As a Caretaker, you'll be working within the facilities team, supporting them in repairs and maintenance across the site.
Your day to day will include:
* Reporting building maintenance issues through the Kier Helpdesk.
* Carrying out building fabric repairs, adjustments, maintenance, installations, and removals
* Unblocking toilets, changing light bulbs, changing locks and painting.
* Accepting deliveries and distributing parcels.

This role of Caretaker is great for you if:
* You are able to communicate effectively with clients and staff.
* You have previous experience of working in a caretaker/porter role desired but not essential.
* Strong DIY Skills
* Positive and personable attitude
