We are currently seeking a Service Contract Sales Specialist responsible for developing new business, converting existing warranty business, retaining current contract customers, and selling new services.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
1. Identifying and researching potential new business, managing the end-to-end sales process, and driving improvements in unit-add business including developing new business and selling new services.
2. Developing and managing Key Strategic Accounts to grow business with full-service sales responsibility for defined agreement base.
3. Facilitating regular customer communications, including business reviews with key accounts and critical customer bases.
4. Serving as a point of contact to the hardware sales team to retain and grow service attachment business and working with the field service team to develop opportunities impacting top-line growth.
5. Developing and delivering on key metrics demonstrating quantifiable results (Funnel management, Forecasting, and Planning).
The required qualifications include:
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Science, Engineering, or relevant fields, or equivalent experience.
* Experience in sales, account management, or customer service, with the ability to build and maintain relationships virtually with customers and internal stakeholders.
* Experience in sales forecasting, account mapping, and planning.
* Strong communication skills to convey high value, product quality, and capabilities confidently.
* Self-starter, comfortable working toward ambitious goals independently and as part of a team.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
* Communicating value propositions.
* Understanding revenue, profit, and margin.
* Exceptional telephone prospecting skills with problem-solving mindset and organized follow-up.
