About The Role:
A fantastic Secondary School in the Newmarket area is seeking a creative, innovative and enthusiastic practitioner to join their Performing Arts team. The successful candidate will be joining an incredibly supportive team of professionals who are supported by an excellent leadership team. You will have a passion for teaching and learning, and must be someone who is keen to motivate and challenge our students and colleagues.
What we expect from you:
3. Develop and deliver engaging drama lessons that inspire and challenge students.
4. Foster a creative and supportive learning environment where students can thrive.
5. Collaborate with colleagues to develop innovative teaching strategies and resources.
6. Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and support as needed.
Requirements:
7. Qualified teacher status (QTS) or relevant experience.
8. Experience teaching drama at Key Stages 3, 4, and 5.
9. Passion for drama education and a commitment to student success.
10. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
11. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and contribute to the wider school community.
