As a Mobile Parking Operative, you’ll play a key part in ensuring drivers follow agreed rules at client sites, maintaining access for genuine customers and improving the parking experience for everyone. This isn’t your average job — it’s active, outdoors, and sometimes challenging. You’ll be issuing Parking Charge Notices (PCNs), which may lead to difficult interactions. What You’ll Do Patrol car parks, retail parks, and private land using your own vehicle Monitor compliance and issue PCNs for vehicles breaching parking rules Handle difficult conversations respectfully and confidently Respond to parking queries and explain the correct appeals procedure Provide consistent site coverage and maintain detailed daily reports Observe and report on signage, bay markings, and general site safety Represent Intelli-Park with professionalism and fairness What You’ll Need A car or motorbike and full UK driving licence Business insurance for your vehicle (we’ll reimburse up to £50) 1 year of driving experience preferred Confidence and professionalism when faced with confrontation Excellent attention to detail and a self-managed work style Flexibility to help cover nearby sites when needed A DBS check may be required prior to starting Right to work in the UK Our VISTA Values in Action Visionary – Think Forward You improve every site you work on by giving feedback, observing risks, and helping us stay one step ahead.
