We are looking to recruit a Mobile Supervisor / Lead Engineer to work on a mobile basis providing small works on multiple commercial sites in the UK and abroad. The ideal candidate will be well versed in commercial sites, reactive call outs and small works. Normal working hours Monday-Friday, 08:00-17:00. The successful candidate will be expected to take charge of each site and manage all aspects of their work and develop a relationship with the client - this would be a very good role for a supervisor / lead engineer looking to develop their management skills and potentially progress in the future. As a Mobile Supervisor you will be responsible for the engineers and sub-contractors on site, and ensuring that the building maintenance tasks on the sites are done on time and to schedule and look after your own workload, as well as visiting sites and helping to quote new works.
* Experience in a lead role / overseeing sub-contractors or other engineers
* Previous Electrician experience/Qualifications
* Undertake repair and fault finding on critical systems and equipment.
* Carry out planned preventative maintenance and completing all report sheets.
* Overseeing of projects and tendering of works
* 1st / 2nd fix of project work
* £38,000-40,000 PA
* Van and Fuel Card provided
