WHAT WE’D LOVE YOU TO DO (AND LOVE DOING)
* The successful cooperation with Tradebyte Flagship accounts as well as their further development is your top priority
* You analyze your accounts, recognize market trends, identify existing potentials and actively develop solutions for your customers
* You are their contact person, solve inquiries independently, and are a trustworthy partner in case of escalations
* You are the interface between customers and internal departments and actively connecting our services with the need of our brands
WE'D LOVE TO MEET YOU IF
* You have at least 4 years of experience in a digital environment, e.g. e-commerce, SaaS and fashion brands
* Working with customers is your passion and with your ability to analyze, you create solutions to exploit the potential of your customers
* You are comfortable working with Google Spreadsheet and use basic functions like Pivot, VLookup etc.
* Communication is one of your strengths and you like to build long-term customer relationships while also pitching services & opportunities
* You are result-oriented and have a self-reliant way of working
* You bring excellent English skills, German is an advantage
