Your key responsibilities: Set up and maintain temporary traffic systems, including traffic lights, diversions, closures, and pedestrian routes — ensuring everything runs smoothly and safely. Work independently or with a team, depending on the job. This is a role for self‑starters who enjoy variety and responsibility. Manually operate traffic lights and guide pedestrians, putting you at the heart of public safety. Lead by example in safety, professionalism, and quality — helping maintain the reputation we’re proud of. This is hands‑on, meaningful work where you can literally see the impact you make. What We’re Looking For For us, the right attitude goes a long way. If you’re someone who communicates well, acts professionally, and treats others with respect — you’re already well on your way. Ideal skills & attributes: Traffic management experience M1 and M2. M5 would also be great Strong problem‑solving and organisational abilities Able to stay calm under pressure and adapt to changing situations Confident and clear communicator Full UK driving licence required with 6 or less points A Quick Note This role is varied, and from time to time you may be asked to support other tasks as needed — flexibility is key, and no two days are the same.
