Contract Support Assistant Manager- BSS
Location: Magna Park, Lutterworth
Position Type: Permanent & FTC Contract Type: Full Time - Hybrid Office days
Hours of work: 37.5 hours/week - Monday to Friday to cover 08.30am to 5.00pm

We currently have a full time vacancy for a Contract Support Assistant Manager based at Magna Park, Lutterworth - Hybrid office days to be discussed at Interview
Reporting to the Team Manager you will be trained to be a multi skilled leader covering:
What you’ll do…
1. Check and approve Support claims.
2. Investigate and report on queries in relation to supplier contract claim
3. Apply accurate and timely system updates to ensure accurate claims are made
4. Management of a small team, being responsible for performance management and supervision
5. Manage day to day workload for your team, by setting expectations through targets and ensure this is well controlled on a daily basis.
6. Provide training for team and able to assist in all team tasks
7. Lead, motivate and coach team members - carrying out 121’s and performance reviews
8. Comfortable communicating verbally and in writing with a variety of colleagues and suppliers
To be successful:
9. You will have experience within a similar role.
10. You will be organised with the ability to plan your workload, have an aptitude for figures, good IT skills, especially using spreadsheets (Google/Excel)
11. Experience leading a team
12. At least C grade GCSE in English and Maths.
13. Possess excellent customer service skills and can naturally generate relationships both locally and remotely.
14. Highly motivated; must have the desire to make things happen on time.
15. Be willing to help others.
16. Be able to spot and flag issues
