As a Customer Services Team Leader, your responsibilities will include:
Leading, coaching and developing a team of 5 Customer Experience Associates, holding them accountable against clear KPIs
Owning service standards across phone and email, ensuring response times and order processing targets are consistently hit
Managing team workloads and priorities, keeping accuracy and attention to detail front and centre
Delivering internal improvement projects on time and to a high standard
Overseeing order processing, account set-ups, consignments and commercial invoicing across ERP and CRM systems
Leading from the front, stepping in on calls and customer queries when the team needs you
As a Customer Services Team Leader, your experience will include:
Proven experience leading or supervising a team within customer service, sales support or order processing
A track record of managing team performance against KPIs, including coaching and one-to-ones
Confidence working with ERP and CRM systems, with strong Excel skills
Experience in a B2B, distribution or product-led environment
A calm, organised approach with high accuracy under pressure
