The Role – AAT Trainer (AAT Levels 3 & 4)
In this role, you’ll be shaping the next generation of accounting professionals by delivering engaging training for AAT Levels 2, 3, and 4. Your day-to-day will include:

Delivering classroom and online training sessions to apprentices and learners
*
Supporting and assessing learners to help them successfully achieve their qualifications
*
Inspiring and motivating learners to overcome challenges and reach their full potential
*
Adapting delivery styles and resources to meet different learning needs
*
Keeping training content relevant by staying up to date with industry developments
*
Promoting a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate
To thrive in this role, you will need:

A relevant accounting qualification (AAT Level 4 minimum)
*
Strong communication skills – able to connect with people at all levels
*
A genuine passion for helping others succeed
*
Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage your own diary
*
Good IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office
*
A proactive and professional approach
Bonus points if you have prior teaching, training, or apprenticeship experience, but this is not essential – full support will be provided.
