You will know outputs, sequencing and risk from past projects. You will have the people skills to build relationships with clients whilst getting the best from your team. Key Responsibilities * Lead the end-to-end delivery of a food storage project * Manage and coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, and key stakeholders * Ensure delivery against programme, budget, and quality targets * Maintain and develop strong client relationships * Champion health & safety across all project phases Requirements * Proven experience in a Project Director or Senior Project Manager role * Essential: Demonstrable experience delivering a food storage / cold storage * Background working for a main contractor * Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills * Commercially astute with strong risk management capability * Experience managing complex, high-value construction projects * Open to travel and staying away Package * Competitive Basic Salary UP TO £155,000 * Car Allowance ~ 10% * Accommodation provided * Strong Bonuses * Pension & Private Medical
