Performance Lead - CTRG - Co-op Birtley
Location: Co-op Site, Birtley
Employment Type: Full-Time
Hours: 40 hours per week
Shift Pattern: 5 days out of 7, between 10:00 - 18:00 (varied shifts)
Pay Rates (Based on Shift Time Bands)
Days (10:00 - 14:00): £13.49 per hour
Backs (14:00 - 22:00): £15.43 per hour
Nights (22:00 - 06:00): £16.72 per hour
Overtime when available is payable at enhanced rate

As a Performance Lead, you will play a key part in supporting, developing and guiding CTRG Colleagues working on site at the Co-op.
You'll help shape their journey from day one whether through delivering engaging introductions, coaching them on performance expectations, or providing day to day support and motivation.
