Job Title: Sales Office Manager Location: Tewkesbury, Gloucestershire (commutable from Cheltenham, Gloucester, Worcester, Evesham, Malvern, Pershore) Salary: £39,701.04 per annum Hours: 40 per week (five days across Monday–Saturday) Sales Office Manager – Experienced Professional Required We are seeking an experienced Sales Office Manager to join our clients Tewkesbury Head Office. This role requires someone with a proven background in a similar position — ideally within FMCG, food and drink, or manufacturing who can confidently lead a team and oversee the end-to-end order process for a loyal customer base. We are looking for someone who can bring solid experience in managing a customer service or sales administration team, driving KPIs, improving processes, and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities • Lead, coach, and motivate a team of four Sales Administrators. • Manage the full order process — from inbound orders and data entry to invoicing and delivery coordination. • Ensure accuracy, compliance with pricing and promotional activity, and high customer satisfaction. • Work cross-functionally with Production, Haulage, Technical, Sales, and Senior Management teams. • Take ownership of customer service KPIs and reporting, driving continuous improvement. • Investigate and resolve customer queries/complaints with effective root cause analysis. About You • Previous experience in a similar role is essential — Office Manager, Customer Service Manager, Sales Support Manager, or Administration Manager within FMCG/manufacturing environments will be a strong fit. • Strong people management skills with a proven record of leading and developing teams. • Highly organised with excellent IT, communication, and decision-making skills. • Commercially astute with a strong customer-first mindset. • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
