Location: Manchester (Hybrid – 2 days/week in-office)
Salary: £50,000–£60,000

As they continue to scale their UK presence, they’re looking for a Marketing Intelligence Specialist to help drive smarter, insight-led decisions for a diverse client portfolio.
The Role
This is a high-visibility, client-facing role that blends digital analytics with marketing strategy. You’ll act as the analytics lead for key clients—translating complex datasets into actionable insights and advising on marketing performance, data maturity, and advanced measurement solutions.
You'll be hands-on with tools like GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, and GCP, while also contributing to strategic consultancy work across cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Analyse multi-channel marketing performance (web, social, video)
* Build dashboards and data models using GA4, BigQuery, and Looker Studio
* Guide clients on marketing data maturity and analytics strategy
* Present clear, compelling insights to stakeholders
* Support AI/ML-based measurement initiatives
* Collaborate with martech, data engineering, and consulting teams across EMEA
What You’ll Need
* 3+ years' experience in digital analytics, marketing data, or martech
* Proficient in GA4, BigQuery, Looker Studio, GTM, and GCP
* Strong stakeholder and client communication skills
* Ability to simplify complex data into strategic recommendations
* Passion for marketing intelligence and digital transformation
Bonus Points For
* Consultancy or client-facing experience
* Familiarity with media measurement, MMM, or predictive analytics
* Experience with martech integrations in a cloud environment
