This is a rare opportunity to take ownership of a £30m revenue contract, supplying high volumes of temporary drivers (LGV 1 / HGV 1 / 7.5 Tonne) to a major blue-chip client across Scotland and Northern Ireland.

The Opportunity
As Cluster Manager, you will:
* Lead and develop an on-site team.
* Take full accountability for regional performance and profitability.
* Build strong, strategic client partnerships.
* Deliver exceptional service aligned to SLA and contractual commitments.
* Drive recruitment, retention, and operational excellence across all locations.
This role demands a confident decision-maker with experience in high-volume, on-site recruitment environments. Logistics recruitment experience is advantageous, but strong operational leadership from similar sectors will be considered.
What You will Be Responsible For
Strategic & Commercial Leadership
* Develop and execute regional strategic plans.
* Ensure peak workforce planning (8+ weeks ahead of uplift)
* Analyse profitability and implement corrective action plans.
* Maintain strict budget control and cost management.
* Deliver 100% compliance audit standards.
Client Relationship Management
* Build true partnership-level relationships.
* Lead monthly client review meetings.
* Act as senior escalation point.
* Maintain exceptional communication standards.
Operational Excellence
* Ensure full contractual fulfilment against SLA.
* Drive recruitment and retention strategy based on market insight.
* Lead peak planning and operational preparation.
* Embed best practice across all sites.
* Maintain payroll, invoicing, and credit control accuracy.
Leadership & Development
* Create and implement development plans for all staff.
* Provide senior HR escalation support.
* Champion new initiatives and continuous improvement
* Demonstrate visible, inspirational leadership at all times.
