What you’ll be doing… Lead and maintain effective team communication, recruitment, training, rotas, performance reviews, onboarding, and payroll administration Oversee and actively participate in the preparation, cooking, and service of fresh, high‑quality meals Manage the kitchen budget, including food cost control (GP), weekly stocktakes, and accurate data recording Ensure full compliance with Food Safety (HACCP), Health & Safety (COSHH), and EHO standards, maintaining excellent hygiene records Manage operational processes including inventory ordering with clients, equipment maintenance reporting, waste recording, and reduction initiatives Working Pattern: Monday - Friday | 37.5 Hours Per Week | Term Time Only Job ID: 6475 Salary: £26,000 Per Annum What can you bring?
