Job Title: Architectural Technician
Ref: BM741
Location: Glasgow
Salary: GBP30,000 : GBP37,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join one of Scotlands leading multidisciplinary consultancy whose architecture team provide expert design services to the commercial, defence, education, and residential sectors. They are on the lookout for an experience and enthusiastic Architectural Technician to hit the ground running for their Glasgow studio.

Duties For The Role Of Architectural Technician Include
* Prepare and submit building regulation and planning application
* Manage and deliver on projects from inception through to completion
* Carry out site visits and ensure technical compliance is achieved
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
Skills And Experience For The Role Of Architectural Technician
* Relevant degree within architectural design
* Good experience as an Architectural Technician within a UK practice
* Proficiency with AutoCAD is essential
* Experience managing complex projects across a broad range of sectors
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Strong technical detailing and design skills
* Pro:active and can do attitude
* Looking to grow and progress within the company
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
