As a Cluster Training Manager, you will be working within the Talent & Culture Department and report directly to the Group Director of Talent & Culture.
You will be:
* Coordinating all training sessions within our London businesses
* Meeting the apprenticeships targets across the hotels
* Managing the training budgets across the businesses
* Facilitating training sessions across the businesses
* Responsible for projects as and when required
Essential for our Cluster Training Manager:
* Experience in a previous similar role
* Intermediate written and spoken level of English
* CIPD qualified preferred
* Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and bank holidays if required “shift pattern will be applicable”
